So much to say about this weekend…

@f45_training_collegestationtx was able to bring 50+ athletes to compete for the first time ever! I am so grateful for the opportunity to lead this community and watch our athletes compete! 😅

@mercedes.ashli and I crushed our 2nd doubles race together. Our 1st race was my first HYROX ever, and we cut 5min off our previous time. I am so proud of the race we ran and thankful to her for introducing me to this @hyroxworld 💪🏼

@saved_by_the_bellaaaaa ran my favorite race of the weekend!!! The joy in my heart from watching her sprint across the finish line to beat her goal time by less than <1min, I have never had a bigger smile on my face watching someone finish a race - I am soooo proud of you babe! ❤️

@beaubooshay & @koraleeboucher joined us for a family relay in fashion, I love y’all and am so proud to run across that finish line with Boucher on my back! 🍊💧

Race 1 of 2 ✅

Hyrox Houston 2025
Men’s Open
1:30:46

My 1st solo race in the books, and 7th race overall, was definitely the most humbling. Going out solo taught me so much about the sport.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support ❤️

This was just one of many great aspects of this weekend. @hyroxamerica never disappoints.

T-6 weeks until HYROX ATLANTA 💪🏼
