Delivery times are a little bit longer at the moment. We are working around the clock to make sure everyone gets some Birchotan, but orders are coming in faster than we could have expected. It feels fantastic to welcome spring back with a couple of burgers on the grill. But rest assured, we are working hard with production and getting all orders sent out. The next step in the charcoal-mashed beer series together with @bottenvikensbryggeri is almost ready for launch at Systembolaget. This time we went for a pale ale with notes of birch, citrus and light smoke, together with the caramel tones from dumping the hot charcoal into the brew. It feels like we might survive Covid-19 as a company, but with the latest extension of harsh restrictions in Sweden (presented with _very_ short notice) we can't help but to think about how many amazing restaurants might be going under. Covid-19 is one thing, but wrecking havoc with ill thought out restrictions and a lack of support for otherwise healthy business' is something else entirely. It's time for @stefanlofven and @lena_hallengren to STEP UP and save Swedish restaurants before it's too late taken in Kurkkio, Norrbottens Län, Sweden by @kolektivet

We could really use your help right now! With Covid-19 heavily affecting restaurants our sales have taken a really big hit.
