So unbelievably excited to be back for year 3 with the best Squad ever! Being part of the Betty Squad has been life changing for me in so many ways! Love these badass women, and huge thanks to @kristinnicolemayer and @bettydesigns for the opportunity for another year and everything she does for us!!

Well…first race since I’ve started training on a regular basis again. Lots of room for improvement, but it’s a start and just good be back in the swing of things again. It’s all up from here.

Also…I was thanking my lucky stars that I did NOT have to do the half marathon distance today! LOL! It’s great to have options! 😂

It’s one of my favorite days of the year!! Back with my Squad for the 4th year, and couldn’t be more excited to hit the race course with my girls! 🩷

Was nowhere in the neighborhood of Nice this weekend while so many of my Betty Squad raced at World Champs, but was feeling inspired by their fantastic racing. So, to the trainer I went tonight!

New run kit day! 😍

Also, I ran!

It’s been kind of a rough summer with a few big life happenings after another. I’ve had a number of false starts, to say the least. But, I *think* life is finally turning a corner, and it’s time to buckle down and focus on getting back to my usual things. 🤞🏻

Anyhow, here’s hoping for a REAL comeback to my fitness this time. In the meantime, I’ve got my @bettydesigns gear to help me look the part! 😍

I knew it, I knew how to swim something other than freestyle once upon a time…

There was some backstroke, too, but forgot to get video.

It’s hard to breathe and belt that song even when you’re not trying to hold a decent cadence! 😅🫠 Thank goodness I had @arianagrande singing backup! 😅

Also…new kit day made me feel like a rockstar (even if I don’t quite sound like one)!! Thanks @bettydesigns !🤩 taken in Santa Clara, California by @konabadger
