Luau (12a). One of my favorite Rumney climbs to date. Such flowy moves with a little spice at the start, and a little oomph at the finish. Was so psyched it was dry this fall 🍁. Tried to get a double 12 day after sending Get It On (12d) last Oct, only to find it was unexpectedly wet when we hiked up to Waimea. Been waiting a year to find it dry. Such a joy of a rock climb and some good vibes up at Waimea this season 🧗🏽 💕

Heading South to 🧗🏽 in Kentucky for 6 weeks. Leaving my Babou hurts more every season. So grateful she got to join me for a bunch of local days. She gets so excited when she sees my pack out. We both share a deep love for nature and sleeping, so we spent as much time as possible doing both of those things this fall 🍁. #fallfrenchielove #puppylove #number1homie by @koti_lefox

Local fall 🧗🏽 recap 🍁. Five 12’s in five weeks. We finally had a dry enough Sept / Oct at Rumney to get on Luau and Silver Surfer. Loved them both. Stellar techy vert / slab. I was delighted to get back up to Sundown Ledge a few times during peak foliage, to take care of unfinished business on Frigid Relations. Had an unexpected blast swinging around on The Promised Land 🐒. Finally figured out reasonable shorty beta for Sky Walker (Hanging Mtn) and my Rumney moderate nemesis 100% Columbian. Sailed The Payment Plan, 2nd go, between Nick’s burns on Hope. That might be the one Rumney 12 that’s soft for shorties… or maybe all of my grueling training is paying off. So ready find out, on the RRG steeps (and vert) in KY the next 5-6 weeks🤘🏽. Let’s go 👏🏽 👏🏽
Big love to my local homies who were a part of the process, the sends, and the joy. Our hang time is #1. And the very best part of climbing locally is bringing my ride or die pup Oliver 🫒 💕

Capturing the purest joy on the dance floor at the end of my F🔺G B🔺SH 9.2.26 set. It’s wild where this little DJ journey has taken me. 14yrs of guest F🔺G B🔺SH sets, a decade of my party Sugar Biscuit, from throwing house parties to huge events, and many sweet collaborations. This passion has completely changed my life.
Sharing a deeper level of music and opening portals for various communities is the core of what I love about this art form. But it also has given me place to belong.
I’ve always struggled to find my place, my people, my community. Being behind the decks is my own portal to so much of that. It’s a safe haven where I don’t have to make awkward small talk or rely on words at all. It’s my love language. My poetry. My access. My purpose. My offering.
For years I let myself believe I couldn’t do this without someone taking the spotlight off of me. My anxiety was debilitating. I didn’t trust my abilities. I stayed close to folx who didn’t align with my vision so I wouldn’t have to face those fears. All of that backfired hard when the party I poured my heart and soul into for a decade was shattered from those very people...
3 years later I can’t believe how much I’ve grown. I can play 4-5 hour sets with nothing planned out. I trust myself and the million hours I’ve put into finding music and developing technical skills. I don’t need anyone to shelter me from my gremlins, my insecurities. I feel calmer than ever. Centered. Not attached to perfection. And free in a way I never could have imagined. Super grateful for the core family that has kept my light burning bright. You mean the world to me and nothing feels better than connecting through music with you all 🪩 🖤

Honored to be a part of my sweet bb @kk.nark ‘s @bottom_forty mix series. Especially sharing a live set from the party that connected us many moons ago, F🔺G B🔺SH. We met on the beach during @_bearmania_ bonding over a Steel Magnolias reference #shelby. Since then we catch each other anytime we’re on the same coast. KK / Nark is one of the sweetest, smartest, hard working humans and I’m in awe of what he’s created in Seattle and with his various mix series. As busy as this man is, he always makes time to be a mentor and friend 🖤.
This F🔺G B🔺SH set was one of the best nights of my life. Dad, @thefatherfigure , left me in charge of the dance floor while he was at Decadence. It was a full circle moment and felt like everything in my humble little DJ life had led to this moment. I’m super proud of the set, but the true magic came from all of the townies and family in that room that were all in on that ride with me. I was in tears by the end of the night overwhelmed with love and joy. I will truly never forget that night.
One year later I’ll take over the decks again while Dad is away. Let’s see how far we can’t take this one together and make my papa proud 🔮 🚀 #letsexchangetheexperience

Our number one fan. The best dancer in the room. An incredible DJ. And the only guest who will be invited back every single year until the end of time, no matter what.

LeFox has become essential to our dance floor, mostly because they fully understand what we are doing in our little basement hovel. They embody everything we try to stand for through this project, and we are forever grateful for that.

Especially this year, it has meant so much to see their smiling face on the dance floor again and again, cheering us on and supporting all of the amazing guests we’ve had. So this Wednesday, show up and show out for LeFox, and give them a big squeeze.

LeFox (they/them) spins an emotional mix of house and electronic music, layering vocals into deep house, tech house, breakbeat, indie, nu-disco, synth, and throwbacks of all genres. Their percussion-heavy sets are built with an arc of experience, full of magical moments, and completely embody the essence of queer togetherness. @missfagbash @thefatherfigure @thekorchporch @jimmylouisecurtis @purgatory.gifford @gifford.house by @koti_lefox

Super charged from a summer of F🔺G B🔺SH’s, and so ready to give back to the dance floor I receive so much from. This will be my 15th year playing for the B🔺SH 😮!! I am sad @thefatherfigure will be at Decadence, but beyond honored to guide our ship for my last twirl of the summer with the family I love so deeply. Let’s see how far we can take it this year 🚀. #missfagbash #purgatory #ptown by @koti_lefox
