thinking about how time passes…and how much better we’d feel if we accepted it rather than rejected it

in other words how much more satisfied we’d be if we valued the concept of being present. because being present cures insanity

thinking about how the present and what we do with it and about it is the only real truth…that goes on & on & on

but as you change you can change your truth and no one can question it because you’re living it, you’re being it, you’re nothing less than present- & that’s what’s real now
