It took me awhile to write this because I couldn’t come to grip that your gone. I miss you so much more than you will ever know you left me broken and my heart in pieces. You will always be with me in my heart in everything I do. May god bless me and arianna with grandkids that will forever know who there grandpa was, a great man, a great cook, a great singer, a passionate man, a man that I will love forever. I’ll never forget the day I was with you when we found out about your diagnosis I just put my hand on your shoulder and we drove home in silence. Even in that moment you had a smile on your face which I just couldn’t understand. You’ve been through so much fighting so hard I couldn’t be more proud of you. I miss you Elly I miss waking up and the minute I open the door you just look at me with those big green eyes. I miss feeding you in the morning and putting the food on your lips into your mouth with my finger and you would act like you were going to bite me. I miss your scent and the way that I would wrap my arms around your tummy while you took your fingers and itch my back while kissing me non stop telling me you love me. I miss our jokes we had together and how I’m the “princess of the blacks” no longer “victim number one” it’s an inside joke so if you know you know. You left a hole in my heart bigger than a meteoroid hitting earth. The morning you passed I saw the most beautiful full moon shining so bright it lit up the sky. Then I saw a beautiful sunrise with Remi and I told him there he is Remi it was 6 in the morning the streets were silent the sky was purple, blue, orange, yellow, and red. I told remi he will always be here for us no matter what it was peaceful and I knew you are at peace no more suffering. I know that you’re in a better place now and I will never not talk about you. I will never understand why god needed you more, somethings will never make sense. I will forever listen to “How Deep Is Your Love” and “Hold The Line” I hear you singing with me everyday I know your telling me your ok now and to take care of Arianna which I will honor your wishes Elly. I’m grateful that Arianna looks just like you so I can always see your face. ❤️ by @kphilly301
