MY PURPOSE IN LIFE

I have a gift and that’s to lead and help others through difficult seasons of their lives. I put my all into everyday to be a little bit better than the day before, I make mistakes but I always figure out how to fix them & try not make those again, I set and hold a high standard for my 4 walls and anyone else im blessed with to be around.

The impact I am having on so many people fills my cup, seeing young lads get clean & sober, team mates getting PBs or results for an event, men wanting to read / educate themselves more, helping close friends navigate through difficult times, observing / obsessing over techniques + data to gain the upper edge, fathers making better decisions and most importantly getting their mental health in check

This wouldn’t be possible if I decided to continue down the path I was taking, everyone has a choice each day what they want to do with their time on this earth… Mine is to show with actions, safety, patience’s and guidance that anything is fkn possible with the right support !!

If I’ve ever helped you through any of my content, in person, a DM, a result to a goal or something I’ve missed love to hear it in the comments - Not for any other reason then me being accountable for the positive model im putting into the universe

At KPhit we get it 🦍

If you’ve been using excuses > watch this till the end 🙏

This is @daniellong2318 the winner of the last $5000 dollar challenge, 26 kilos total weight lost so far with me and bigger goals we are completing in 2026 !!

But if you listen it’s not just about the weight loss, it’s about the mindset, the lifestyle changes and the discipline.. The sacrifices we both make day in and day out that have minimal effects to our families time > which is the only thing we can’t get back hence why it’s the most valuable asset we own.

Yes the motivational messages go out in the mornings at 2.30am but still can’t make you do the thing, you’ve got to want it as much as you speak about it.

It’s all achievable, anything you want in life but you just can’t sit back and expect different results with the same choices

Super proud of all dans achievements and how he presents himself everyday, remember anyone can change but you must be consistent it wins on time every time….

I didn’t build High-Performance Recovery from a textbook 📕
I built it from years of addiction, suffering, and fighting my own mind 😶‍🌫️

Addiction doesn’t just destroy your body…
it slowly takes your purpose, your discipline, and your identity👻

High-Performance Recovery is about rebuilding the man underneath the damage 🧗‍♂️

Turning pain into discipline
Turning survival into performance

Why technique matters more than anything !!!

Everyone has this big ambitious plan of getting into the wall balls at the end of your race and thinking their just going to thug out 100 unbroken off the bat… Not the case ( May I add 100 unbroken isn’t always the fastest way through the wall balls )

On Sunday I spent some time with our youngest team member @brysonmcdonald_ and helped him with some slight improvements to his wall ball technique.

Doesn’t matter on the weight of the wall ball to get the technique right ( you can even practice this with just your body weight and air squats to start )

1. Place yourself close enough that your wall ball will land on your chin if you don’t catch it

2. Keep your head facing the target or wall mark you are aiming for ( don’t look anyone else until you break or finish

3. MOST IMPORTANT ONE - Breathe remember to breathe through every rep this also we help your heart rate and to control your reps

4. Keeping the a good Candace and flow

5. The goal is to only do 100 period - Make sure your squat is at the depth and the ball hits the target ( no reps = more time ) you can put a beach / wall ball / a soft box at the correct height to help you gauge this

6. Mindset - It’s going to suck and it’s going to be more like war balls but this is one thing that drives this station as much as the technically side

Save the video send us a DM if your looking at getting some more free insight on wall balls

ENVIRONMENT IMPORTANCE

Why this plays a huge roll in your life’s trajectory..

This morning I didn’t want to show up, body, back and leg is cooked but I do not want to rest I don’t really@cate what anyone has to say on this topic !!!

What I do owe a huge part to my training and elevation as a man, father and fitness is @philhillfitness I mention it often but probably not enough on how much he has helped me become a better performer. Sessions today always keep me down in mentality knowing im dragging the team because of my current situations but knowing I’ll be there and do my best that I can on each day. I feel 1000 times better for getting it done but when you have a chance to be around the best you always want to perform.

Still yet to put a block together where there hasn’t been setbacks - I think that’s what makes it even more satisfying to chase knowing the time or perfect scenario may never exist… regardless I’m grateful and ill continue to do my bit on and off the field

We love Mondays - Did you win morning ??
