Hey everyone 👋🏼 thought I’d take a moment to introduce/reintroduce myself for anyone new here and as a refresh for the long-time followers. By day I’m an Emergency Medical Dispatcher with Toronto Paramedic Services, helping people through some of their toughest moments. But this page is where I share the other side of my life: the adventures, the road trips,the places that keep me grounded and the lifestyle moments. 🌲🚐🌊

Outside of work I’m all about traveling, exploring hidden gems, and staying at unique accommodations like glamping domes, cozy cabins, and spots that feel like secret escapes. I love chasing sunsets, finding trails that most people miss, and turning weekends into mini getaways. This space is about balancing the city hustle with nature, travel, and experiences that recharge you. ✨

I’ve always lived an active lifestyle. Basketball was my first love and I played varsity in college, but I still hit the court whenever I can 🏀. In 2020 I discovered hiking and haven’t looked back since, and it sparked a love for the outdoors that just keeps growing. The gym is my mental reset, cycling helps me clear my head, and running is where I test my limits. When winter rolls around you’ll usually catch me snowboarding, chasing that rush of carving down fresh powder and soaking in mountain views 🏔️🏂. Movement has always been my way of staying balanced both physically and mentally. 💪🏼

I’m also passionate about fashion and see it as another form of self-expression. Whether it’s keeping things clean and minimal or stepping outside the box with a bold fit, I love how style can tell a story without saying a word. Along with that, I’m a strong advocate for mental health and believe in using both activity and creativity as tools to take care of yourself. I want this space to reflect not just adventure and lifestyle, but also the importance of looking after your mind and showing up as your authentic self. 🖤 I also recently decided to dive into car culture

Life is expensive… so naturally I picked one of the most addictive hobbies out there. 😂🚴

First it’s “just a bike.”

Then it’s a helmet.
Then shoes.
Then pedals.
Then bibs.
Then a bike computer.
Then carbon wheels.
Then another bike because apparently one isn’t enough. 💸

Worth every dollar? Absolutely.

Who’s guilty of saying, “This is my last upgrade”? 😂👇

One week since my first HYROX 🏁💀

I’ve had some time to reflect on the process, the experience, and the results. Honestly, things didn’t go as planned for my first race.

I was sick for a week and a half leading up to race day, but I showed up and raced anyway. Was it my best performance? Not even close. Did I hit the goals I had set for myself? Nope.

I might’ve been one of the slowest in the room, but I was still in the room. I showed up, pushed through, and crossed that finish line. And for my first HYROX, I’m choosing to be proud of that. 💪🏼

Not every experience goes according to plan, and sometimes the biggest win is simply refusing to give up when things get tough. This is just the beginning. More training, more lessons, and a lot of room to improve.
