HYROX: completed. 🏁

8 workouts. 1 finish line. Countless moments of wanting to quit and choosing not to and being motivated not to!

Proud of the effort, the grit, and crossing that line stronger than when I started. 💪

A huge part of this journey was having the best partner by my side—not just on race day, but through every tough workout, and training session leading up to it. I’m so grateful for your support, encouragement, friendship and for pushing through it all with me.

And a special shoutout to Amanda for showing up for us, cheering us on, and to everyone who followed along and supported us throughout this journey. It meant more than you know.

It was not too long ago I was talked into doing a Triathlon. Like everything else, I welcomed the challenge!

I’m proud to say today, I am officially a TRIATHLETE!

The swim, I struggled but didn’t quit!
The bike, didn’t train as much as I needed.
The run, my comfort zone! 5K in 28 minutes without TRI-ing!

What’s next…training in each discipline and not letting the fear take over!

Thank you all for the support, cheers, and well wishes! Thank you to those who came out to support me at 6AM on a Sunday! And thanks to my training partner @naturally.trisha training coaches @michelleapais @soleful.running.coach aquaterracoach

As I recover from last weekend, I can’t help but reflect on this milestone in my life. Running the NYC Marathon has been a dream that I never thought I would be able to do. Getting this opportunity has been life changing. A big thank you to my family, friends and colleagues for their support throughout this journey. Another big shoutout to my coach @michelleapais from @soleful.running.coach which helped make all of this possible. Until the next milestone!
