My Granddaughter has discovered @taylorswift Shake! Collin’s keeps saying Shake, there she goes but you have to join in. Mom and Mimi joined in. We were painting at my daughter’s house and this happened. @asriddle3 @breahhh by @kriddy62

My wife @asriddle3 dialed our eating habits in back in late Oct. now she has lost 16 pds, her body fat is lowest it’s ever been. Eating right is the difference! We do a lot of Squats, I was telling her this am look at what you have going on! So proud of her hard work. ALWAYS the hardest worker in the room. Onward we go! by @kriddy62

Staying on the intercostal waterway this weekend. We both love the beach and the coast. What a great find to finish up summer for us. We are just a few hundred yards from the beach. #beachvibes #summer #topsail by @kriddy62

Like many we did #Murph today, my wife @asriddle3 hands are proof of her 16 rds of pull ups before her hands tore. Our days start at 4:50 am when we hit the floor and @chucknewman6 and @melitanewman show up and off we go! My buddy @chucknewman6 was able to complete Murph for the first time this year. Such a huge accomplishment after all the issues he and @melitanewman have dealt with.
You say only do AGE APPROPRIATE WORKOUTS. Whats appropriate is get your tale moving and find a way! Great job guys! by @kriddy62

We had an opportunity today to go back to what I call a traditional gym and do some things we have not done in 12 years. I’ve seen so much in the last 48 years of working out I can look at a machine and know how to use it in seconds. It was nice to visit but my training has evolved and changed over the years. I love having my own space and gym to create my own workouts. Onward we go! by @kriddy62

Our view for Journey Concert tonight! @breahhh Thanks so much for the early Father’s Day! Last tour of a great band! by @kriddy62
