A little behind the scenes of online coaching. 👀💻

Just me, my client, and my assistant, Penny... who takes her quality control job very seriously. 🐶😂

Shoutout to @everfit 🙌 Keeping all my client info organized so I can focus on what I love most- coaching. ✨

POV: you book the trip and set yourself free💫 @bspokestudios @iamfit4travel @krissalamore (everyone had their own song choice, drop your guesses below to what we were dancing to) #bookthetrip taken in Mallorca, Spain by @krissalamore

Co-leading @bspokestudios Out of Studio Spain with @carolinalikegasolina is something I’ll never forget (specially because we have 2,000 photos to prove it 😂) We made memories not only on our mats, but in the sea, while sipping Spanish wine, and dancing… everywhere !

The biggest takeaway I’m bringing home is the magic of flowing instead of forcing. Life holds so many hidden treasures when we stop trying to control every outcome and start following the feeling of joy instead 🦋

I’ve returned home with new friends and new discoveries about myself that will forever change the way I move through this game we call life. My new mantra “I trust more and worry less”

Thanks to the best of the best @iamfit4travel and especially the one and only @ebkatz for flawlessly leading the ship. taken in Mallorca, Spain by @krissalamore

Two weeks. Countless memories.📸

Mallorca, you were magic! From sunrise movement to sunset dinners, hidden coves to long tables, and the kind of moments that remind us why we do this in the first place.💛

The camera rolls are overflowing so here’s a little scrapbook version of life on Out of Studio. See you on the next one!

The BTS of B/SPOKE ‘s Mallorca Retreat : class planning ✨

Today Carolina and I mapped out the themes and class programming for the upcoming OOS B/SPOKE trip to Mallorca.

We start by reviewing participant goals and the itinerary, then build each day’s intention and movement programming around the overall experience.

Every day is designed to build on the next, with the goal of helping people move, connect, reset, and recharge.

Planning this together was so much fun, and I can’t wait to bring it all to life in Mallorca 🌊

The sudden loss of our brother has left a hole in our hearts.
To know him was to love him 💔
