So I did my first pageant 🙈yesterday and lemme tell y’all it was definitely a journey. I want to thank everyone who liked and shared my post and for those who just supported me overall. This is not something I ever saw myself doing but everyone can attest that I’ve definitely grown over these few weeks (months actually) I started off this pageant as someone who was so shy and miserable, complaining every time that I can’t do this I look stupid but I stuck through it. I’m glad I got to share stuff that I was passionate about as well my culture. I met so many great people along the way, had laughs and created genuine bonds, you all are kings and queens 💗 The pageant day didn’t go as I expected because I was late and missed the intro dance, the rain was falling, my mental health declining and I had to go on stage with a smile and talk about mental health. I was stressed out, sad, tired and cried a lot before and during but in the end I was happy with how I carried myself overall. Love you guys reallll bad 💗🇯🇲
