To being free. 🌻💛

To growing older, wiser, softer in some places, and stronger where it matters.

To no longer feeling the need to rush becoming the woman I’m meant to be.

To learning that growing older isn’t about losing youth; it’s about gaining perspective, boundaries, confidence, and the freedom to choose what actually feels good for my life.

To the freedom of knowing yourself.
To the wisdom of no longer needing everyone to understand you.
To the beauty of becoming more you with every year.

To releasing what no longer serves me.
To embracing who I am becoming.
To living a life that feels like my own.

To being free. 🌻💛 by @krissyy.co

A little recap from my Pilates & Pink Valentine’s event 💗
This day is always special to me because Valentine’s isn’t just about couples — it’s about love in every form. Each year I make it a tradition to give everyone their flowers while they’re here. A small gesture, but a real reminder: you are seen, you are valued, you matter, and you are deeply appreciated in this space.

With love, always-
