I can finally share this . . .

I WON the Page to Stage Playwriting Competition with my play, One More Dance.

I’m still trying to process it. Knowing the judges were unanimous in their decision means more to me than I can put into words. One More Dance is now going from page to stage with Blackpool Belle Productions, and I honestly couldn’t be more emotional or excited to see this story brought to life in a professional production.

This play means so much to me, and to know it connected with the judges enough to win is something I’ll never forget. Thank you so much to Blackpool Belle Productions and everyone involved in Page to Stage for believing in my work.

From writing stories at home, to seeing one of my plays produced on stage . . .
Next stop . . . Doctor Who 😉

NEW BOOK INCOMING!

I can finally share something incredibly special with you. This is Surviving - my forthcoming novel about three women, living in three different eras, whose lives are bound by the same devastating struggle for freedom.

Cecily, 1887.
Audrey, 1941.
Mara, 2026.

Behind three respectable doors, control takes a different form. Each woman is watched, isolated, and taught to doubt her own voice. But beneath the silence, something is beginning to bloom.

This is a story about abuse and the different ways society has concealed it - but it is also a story about courage, hope, and the moment survival becomes a new beginning.

I am so proud to reveal the official cover of Surviving, coming soon to Amazon.
Three women. Three eras. One fight for freedom.

Release date to be announced.

I WON! 🏆

A little while ago, I created a video inspired by Love in Wartime for The Secret Post, and I’m so happy to say it won The Ashwood Letters Challenge!

My prize is a full year’s subscription to The Ashwood Letters — 24 letters delivered throughout the year, following the mysterious correspondence between Annabella Davenport in 1907 and Nina Rosemond in the present day.

I absolutely loved creating the video for Love in Wartime, so finding out it had been chosen as the winning entry was such a lovely surprise.
Thank you so much to The Secret Post for choosing mine. I can’t wait to step into the secrets of Ashwood Manor.

They called it shell shock.

Men were sent into mud, gunfire, explosions and death, expected to endure things no human mind was ever designed to endure. And when some of them came home changed, haunted by what they had seen, unable to sleep without returning to the battlefield in their dreams, they were too often met with misunderstanding instead of compassion.

Cowards if they didn’t fight.
Weak if the fighting broke them.

But these men were neither. They were soldiers who gave everything they had, and for some, the war never truly ended.

This song is for them.

SHELL SHOCK explores the human cost of war, the wounds that could not be seen, and the battles soldiers continued to fight long after the guns fell silent.

Available now in Paperback and Kindle on Amazon.

Celebrating 40 Years 💍

I had the absolute pleasure of taking these photographs to celebrate my parents’ 40th Wedding Anniversary — their Ruby Anniversary.
Forty years of memories, laughter, adventures, ups and downs, and a lifetime built together. It was really special being able to capture a few moments from the day and turn them into photographs they can keep.

Happy 40th Wedding Anniversary, Mum & Dad. Here’s to the memories already made, and all the ones still to come.

A little flashback to November 2024…

I recently stumbled across the original teaser I made for the cover reveal of THE HAUNTING OF C DECK, and I couldn’t resist giving it a new lease of life.

This was one of those stories where history and horror collided, taking one of the most infamous nights in history and asking one unsettling question: What if the Titanic didn’t take every soul down with her?

"When the RMS Titanic sank on that cold April night in 1912, over a thousand souls were lost to the icy depths. But not all of them stayed under."

If you missed The Haunting of C Deck when it was first released, it’s still available on Amazon in Paperback and Hardback.

"Some voyages end at the bottom of the ocean. Others never end at all."
