Action builds confidence!

Take so much action that it would be unreasonable for you not to succeed.

I've had enough success in my life to know, if I lost it all, I can do it again.
And I've had enough failure in my life to know I can handle it.

Leg Day with a squad that pushes you and encourages you.

Built in the grind, sharpened by each other. A team that shows up, competes, and refuses to settle for average.

Separate We're Weak, Together We're Strong 🖐🏼✊🏼

There’s a moment in every workout where your body says ‘enough’ — and your purpose has to speak louder.

It’s not about chasing perfection. It’s about chasing the reason you started.
Every rep. Every stride. Every drop of sweat — it all means something.

You don’t get stronger by staying comfortable.
You get stronger by pushing through when it would’ve been easier to stop.

Purpose over pain
Drive over doubt
And faith that fuels it all.

'Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.’ – Colossians 3:23

The 10th year was something special!
.
"The people make the party"
And that couldn't have been more true this year
.
From the people I've met over the past few years to the new friend I made this year, nothing beats the connection this community brings to the world
.
The most fun-loving, supportive, driven, ambitious, high-standard community I've ever been a part of

This workout is so special
.
Not only because it's with the most incredible people on earth
.
But because it's for something great than us
.
Fighting for those who can't fight for themselves
.
Showing up for those that we may never have the honor of meeting but knowing are taken care of
