20 years ago today, the television series #Heroes premiered on NBC, featuring #Smallville behind the scenes alums such as Greg Beeman, Jeph Loeb, and Mark Verheiden. The first season was a huge hit and... you know the rest. Even though there were some decent episodes in those other seasons, people focus on that more than remembering the brilliance that we got every week that first year. #Heroes was a phenomenon.

HeroSite.net was a spin-off of KryptonSite launched in January 2007, three months after the show premiered on September 25, 2026. It was probably the most successful spinoff site to KryptonSite in that era.

Sadly, the show and the site don't exist anymore, but like we have for #Smallville25 this year, we're going back in time to revisit some old looks. YATTA!

This post is dedicated to Hayden Panettiere, the cheerleader who needed to be saved in order to save the world. #Heroes20 by @kryptonsiteofficial
