Thank you for all the love, warmth and kindness any and all of you have given me today. This is the best birthday I’ve ever had and it’s only 4pm lol.

“Long may you rot”.

I think my yearly trend is going to be recreating @paperfury covers. My ‘Don’t Let the Forest’ was good. But this one? I fear I ate.

You’re telling me I’m meant to work my shift tonight and just act like everything’s normal?

I thought there was no chance I’d make it to @parnassusbooks in time for the #weloveyoubunny event. But, at the last second, I got released from work. I jumped in the car and hauled ass to Nashville. It took 5 hours but was worth every second.
Not only getting to meet Mona Awad ( @misss_read ), and ask her my burning questions about the Bunnyverse, but also getting to show her the annotations and artwork I’ve done to her books. Cause, if you inspire someone to love something that much, you deserve to know it.
And most importantly, the community I’ve created inspired by her mind and words. I have found so many friends through the Smut Salon. I don’t think any other book could have made this specific impact. It’s truly special.
Mona, you were incredibly sweet and generous. I know I was nervous and talked your ear off. But you took the time to come find me in the parking lot and say goodnight. That’s the kind of thing people don’t forget. I’m so honored.
Also, I told my friend “I was so happy. She’s going to think I want to wear her skin or something!” And she told me to absolutely, under no circumstances, tell you that. And yet… I feel as though you’ll understand, Bunny. 😂 by @ksdcolson

THX FOR THE MEMORIES!!!

I can’t express how much getting the opportunity to get closer to this group has meant to me. I am so much happier with y’all in my life. Thank you for existing 🖤🐇 by @ksdcolson

A series of snip-bits I’ve screenshot or taken pictures of over the years that felt very emo-writer-girl. And, honestly, sometimes we all need to lean into our inner Avril Lavigne. And embrace the Sk8er Boi of it all. by @ksdcolson

Colson Family Reunion in Reno: part 2 💙 by @ksdcolson

How freaking cute are my parents?
Today is their 39th anniversary. 💕 by @ksdcolson

June began with meeting the sunniest Swiftie, Samantha 🪴💕 Who went with me to the Snera’s Tour.
Of course we’re both bookish babes, so book shopping was a necessity 🫰
Last pic is a new hobby I’ve taken up - bedazzling my books.

It had to be done and I have no regrets.
