To say the last few weeks have been a roller coaster ride, might be an understatement. Doors have closed by my own choosing & by just time itself. This post is to celebrate the one acknowledging time & looking forward to all that’s ahead for these amazing kiddos that were in the last class I taught & retired from teaching. Now graduated seniors & so ready to set the world on fire & make it a much better place! God knew what He was doing by blessing me with the best of kiddos, their parents, the best student teacher & being at the best elementary school. I will always be forever thankful for that! Now that I closed the other door, & have more time on my hands & get to spend more time with the many faces of Collins, my precious sweet pea. From watching her perform in her 1st program, to being her “nanny” on Mondays, to just playing at the park, I’ll take it all, letting it sink in. Thank you, Lord, for each moment you’ve given me!🙌🏻💕 by @ksspence

He is risen indeed!✝️ Love our Easter tradition of attending early service at Sarah & Tyler’s church, then brunch. The neighborhood egg hunt got cancelled Saturday morning, then rescheduled in the afternoon, but we couldn’t make it. At least we got a cute picture of our favorite little sweet pea learning how to hunt for eggs! 💕 by @ksspence

What a weekend full of fun with family & friends. Such a blessing to celebrate our precious Gigi’s 94th bday! Then kicking it back to the 70’s & rocking with Foreigner. They were so good & yes we did remember all the words😂 by @ksspence

Mother’s Day 2025 was just the best! Sarah’s 1st as a mom & mine as a grandmother. My heart is so full to have been surrounded with family…Moms, Gigi, James, Anna, Clay & Kelly. Big thanks to Jay for getting us all together & cooking for all of us.
