I must've been extra nice this year, because @reesebrosbbq just gave me the best Christmas present I could hope for. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth perfect, the turkey juicy and packed with flavor, and the queso fundido sausage was out of this world. On top of that, the carnitas torta and poblano mac and cheese made the perfect stocking stuffers (and by stocking I mean my stomach). To top it all off, we got to enjoy it with not just my parents, but a surprise visit from @somelissajones & @jacoobles! Run, don't walk to this San Antonio joint, because Reese Bros is a real knockout.

Meet our Front Office Staff!

Ms. Dena began as Director of Stringfellow School in 1998. She is a graduate from Texas Tech with a degree in Elementary Education and a masters in Educational Diagnostics.

Ms. Kim is our Assistant to the Director and is in her 9th year at Stringfellow School. Kim is also a graduate of Texas Tech and started at Stringfellow after she retired from teaching elementary school for 32 years!

These two wonderful ladies have been working together in the front office for the past 8 years. They love getting to spend time with the kids, teachers, and parents at our school.

These are the good ol days.

Last night we had our “year zero” Christmas Dinner for Cadence Church. Faith is the hope for what’s unseen. There’s a lot happening right now and so, so far to go. But before anything was moving or visible, this team was all in.

I couldn’t have asked for a better team, family, overseers and directors to be on this journey with.

I will never forget the first ministry I built with this guy! I’ve experienced many first in my life with my brother @paulmorrison90 , but I could not be more proud of the Pastor I witnessed in him this evening! He addressed a large group of eager families who want to help him plant Cadence Church in Frisco! Honored he asked me to assist him build until he is fully sustainable! God is faithful!

When bruises are the worst injuries you're going home with, I'd consider that a successful ski trip. Thankful for the excellent conditions and even better company.

I promise it was just a coincidence that for Kim’s BDay we attended a concert that included two bands that formed just a few years AFTER she was born! Great time at Wildflower Festival!
