What. A. Night. 💜🔥🍔

This is what K-State PE & Health is all about.

Yes, we served up 18 pounds of smash burgers 😂🍔—but last night was about so much more than food.

It was about our students, our relationships, and our community.

What makes this program special isn’t a class, an assignment, or something written in a syllabus. It’s the people. It’s students supporting each other, laughing together, building friendships, and creating relationships that extend far beyond the classroom.

I’m incredibly proud of what we have built together. Watching this program continue to grow while still feeling like a family reminds me everyday why I love what I do. by @kstate_physed

What a 10 years it has been.

As we begin our 10th Anniversary year, we’re celebrating the people who have made the K-State Physical Education & Health program what it is today.

First and foremost, our students. Past and present, you are the heart of this program. Your energy, passion, relationships, willingness to learn, and commitment to becoming great educators continue to push this program forward.

We also celebrate and honor Dr. Be Stoney, who started our program in 2016. Her vision, passion, and dedication to students created the foundation for everything we continue to build today. I feel her influence every day as I teach, learn, and work alongside everyone who touches our program.

To every student, graduate, faculty member, cooperating teacher, mentor, school partner, friend, and supporter who has been part of this journey — THANK YOU.

Throughout this year, we’ll be looking back, sharing stories, celebrating our people, and remembering the moments that helped shape 10 incredible years of K-State PE & Health.

Ten years. One purpose. Countless opportunities.

And we’re just getting started.

Now, we only go UP!!! 🔥 taken in Bluemont Hall by @kstate_physed
