@juilliardschool you reminded me why I love to dance 🤍🐧

To the amazing teachers and choreographers, WOW. Thank you @meltoogood for your program that is like no other from your incredible faculty, to the Limon, Graham, and Horton classes that I fell in love with, to the live accompaniment and vocals, you literally gave me chills!!

To the dancers who inspired me everyday, you are so passionate, driven, creative and talented. Getting to watch you improvise and create was unforgettable. I have loved learning from all of you these past three weeks and will never forget dancing beside you. 🫰

Thank you so much Juilliard, I love you and am leaving with a full heart and memories I will hold onto forever! by @kt.ballerina

🎂🎉

Since I was 3 dance has been at the center of my life. When I was 11, I wrote an essay about loving dance more than ooey-gooey pizza, Harry Potter (Gryffindor forever), 80s music, and even math (yep total geek). Looking back at my list, I have realized that dance has become more than just what I love, it has grown into something deeper.

Dance has carried me through expectations, pressures, heartache, loss, through an illness my sophomore year, and every moment when life felt too heavy. I found strength, resilience, trust, love, and learned its okay to bring both my laughter and my tears to the barre.

While I’m still obsessed with 80s music and pepperoni pizza, dance is no longer some silly list that I love more than anything else. Dance isn’t just what I do every single day, it’s who I am. I am grateful for every step that led me here.

Let’s go 💪

Future Ghost to Black Swan 🖤

13 years ago, I performed my very first Christmas Carol 🥺 Getting to dance both of these roles this year has been unforgettable and truly a dream come true. They’ve taught me so much as a dancer and pushed me in new ways, both emotionally and physically. Thank you @carlyjean09 & @masstersue for believing in me!!

Senior year is going by way too fast, and these moments mean more than ever. I truly can’t imagine this season without these dancers by my side. @aabd_studios #blackswan #christmascarol #swanlake #odile by @kt.ballerina
