BRIDGERTON Anyone? 👸🏽🤴🏾

Yesterday I had the joy of attending the Black Professionals Tea Party sponsored by @theconnect757 . The beauty with what I do is it’s my job to network and why not do fun events as well.

When I say this was such a vibe. First of all the girlies really came in character dressed to the Bridgeton Gods ok! 😭💓
I had a lovely time this was just a nice experience that was so different. I have never went to get tea and at a real tea house at that! They had little pots of tea with the antiques dishes and the finger foods. It’s an experience guys. I highly recommend this for an outing with anyone!

We made some great connections as well.

Hello on this Self Care Sunday 🧘🏽‍♀️💆‍♀️🧖‍♀️✨🥰

I hope that you guys try this step out because Magnesium is so important in our bodies!!!

I saw a video saying to use the magnesium spray under your arms. I tried it today hunni… it’s stung so bad but that means my body NEEDS it!! When I say that on top of my deodorant, I barely sweat today!! (And im a sweater lol). So I will def start incorporating it into my routine!!!

In my Beyonce voice.. IM THAT GIRL!!!! Lol

As you can see we are making laundry detergent lol! Idk if anyone else is like me but learning to UNLEARN everything we thought was ok for us is STRESSFUL LOL! Anybody else just a lil stressed out about the dangers that we put on and in our body?

Well I’m HELLA STRESSED YALL 😂🤦🏾‍♀️

To ease that stress…🧘🏽‍♀️I am slowly transitioning to more natural products! This is the start for me. I already try and use natural deodorant, fluoride free toothpaste, spring water ONLY, & only natural juices. The process is really fun and liberating to know I am slowly but surely taking back control about what I see fit to go in and out of my body.

I hope I can encourage you guys to just pay a lil more attention to what things are made up of. You would be so surprised how TOXIC the things we use and consume are for us! That’s why laundry detergent was next on my list because our detergent is on us all day and even when we go to bed to get in our sheets! Just take a look at a label of some of your products and look the effects these things can have its mind blowing. My next step is living in a bubble lmaooooo!!

My real next goal is switching up my household cleaning products to more natural solutions as well!!

Is there anyone else out there trying to adopt similar habits ????? Where is the tribe lol 😫😂
