Week 2 DAY 8

It’s easy, breezy, beautiful, cover girl lol!!
Jk jk, today feels great! I feel like I’m to the point where it’s like ok back to the lifestyle! I low key wanted to be lazy and not workout but I CANT. Laziness does not fit with my goals for my body. For me to get where I’m trying to get I really need to make working out a lifestyle. I even added some extra exercises today to make sure I got all I needed for my goals!!! And went up to 12s today AAYYEE LOL. I’m trying to use 20s by Friday lol.

I love the accountability I’m getting in the @royaltyfitness757 challenge! I hope it continues after so we can continue to be improving our best selves!

DAY 5 WEEK 1 is COMPLETED!!!!!! YAYYYYYY! What I can say about Day 5 is I’m finally able to function like a normal human lol ( still hurts but functional). I’m low key breezing through the exercises ( when I say breezing I mean no brakes) now and I was not like that when I 1st started at all.

I can’t wait to the progress of Week 2 of the @royaltyfitness757 challenge!

Today Day 1 was HARRRDDD!!! I ain even gonna front lol. Every time I take these breaks from working out it amazes how much and how fast you get outta shape.

My goal is to get back discipline and STAY discipline with these. I know I can do it. I will posting videos everyday for the next month! Follow my fitness page to stay up to date on my progress @kt_fitness_behavior_
