Let’s move through the holidays and partner with me and my minister with leading coaches and athletes to Christ!! Walk with Jesus with me for MOVEmber!!

If you know me you know I’m a huge advocate for faith and fitness. The holidays should not put pause on either of those. So I challenge you to join me in moving through the rest of the year 2025 and for every mile you walk donate a $1 or $10 or whatever amount you can to support my mission!

Let’s move and walk with Jesus this MOVEmber!!

To donate visit the link in bio!!

I took time this summer to be in rest. Part of that was by choice, and the other part was by necessity. I’m coming to the end of my treatments, but this has been a long year so far. Praise the Lord I’ve been able to get back into running and rock climbing because God knows I love to be active. Sometimes you have to take things out that you love for a period of time so that God can work in you. God is at work constantly.

Does anyone really understand why bad things happen to people? And more specifically why bad things happen to Gods people? Can’t He just heal me? Can’t He just make this all go away? Why won’t He!?

It’s not a question of why but a question of how. We were created to love and honor God. It’s about how we react to the chaos of this world because this is a broken world. Yes God has overcome the world, yes God is all powerful, yes God can do the impossible. But it’s all in the plans. We were never made to know His plans. We just submit to His plans, which sounds crazy and scary. He knows the certainty.

No matter if I’m healed on earth or after, I know I will be healed eventually because I believe Jesus is Lord and one day He will redeem all things.

I react with worship, joy, and a prayerful heart because that’s all I can do! He knows what’s best so I just have to continue sitting with Jesus. Thank God for a husband who constantly comforts me! Thank God for the community that surrounds me with prayer! Thank God for the family that checks in on me! Thank God for friends who will listen to my frustrations! Thank God for life!
