Day 15/100 🤍 🫶🏽🪁 by @kthetea

Sometimes, instead of putting on my headphones, I just listen to the world around me. The water, the people, the little sounds of life.

It feels like a form of meditation, or grounding, as my therapist calls it. Just being here, in this exact moment.

Today, I sat by the river, did a little sketch, and listened.

Nothing special happened, but somehow, I feel lighter. ♡ by @kthetea

Another attempt at making a little community in Torino. 🥹

tonight at 19:00 we’re meeting for journaling, drawing, and conversations with strangers who might become friends.

send this to someone who’s also trying to make friends as an adult. ♡

Just don’t forget.

You’re not standing there all alone,
someone, just like you,
is crossing these mountains and valleys.

Don’t forget it just yet.

Had to hop on the trend 🎀 by @kthetea

🇮🇹

A volte abbiamo solo bisogno di fermarci per un momento.

Per questo sto organizzando un piccolo incontro a Torino.

Parleremo, scriveremo, faremo qualche esercizio e disegneremo.

👥 Solo 5 posti.

Se ti interessa, scrivimi in DM e ti mando tutti i dettagli. 🤍

⸻

🇬🇧

Sometimes we just need to slow down for a moment.

That’s why I’m organizing a small gathering in Turin.

We’ll talk, write, do a few simple exercises, and draw. Nothing complicated.

Just a quiet space to spend some time with ourselves, explore our thoughts and feelings, and meet new people.

It’s not a class.

It’s not therapy.

You don’t need any experience with mindfulness.

Just bring your curiosity.

☕ We’ll have coffee or tea together afterwards.

🌱 It’s free.

👥 Only 5 spots.

If you’d like to join, send me a message and I’ll send you all the details. 🤍 by @kthetea
