Korean BBQ Sandwich Shop by Chef @hoonikim
Brick & mortar store coming soon to Milburn, NJ.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I first thought up this concept over 3 years ago during the middle of the pandemic and it’s taken since then to find the right partners to make it a reality.

This past Friday @rheewind and I have partnered with @hmartofficial to open @ktown.hero at the American Dream Mall @americandream in NJ.

It’s basically an American style sandwich(hero) shop with Korean bbq and Korean traditional meats.
Our opening menu is:

Bulgogi beef steak hero
Buldak spicy fried chicken hero
Bossam braised pork hero
Mushroom vegetarian bulgogi hero

Sides:
Kimchi dusted fries
Macaroni salad

We will definitely increase variety and choices as we improve and if you’re ever in NJ please stop by and give it a try.

@ktown.hero just recently opened in @americandream
It is a concept from the one and only @hoonikim so I was super excited to try it out!

밥 먹었어? Pronounced Bap Meogeo Suh means “did you eat?” In English. Korean people often greet each other by saying ”did you eat?“ There was a time when Koreans would not even get to eat hence why it was very important to ask when meeting someone.
