I first thought up this concept over 3 years ago during the middle of the pandemic and it’s taken since then to find the right partners to make it a reality. This past Friday @rheewind and I have partnered with @hmartofficial to open @ktown.hero at the American Dream Mall @americandream in NJ. It’s basically an American style sandwich(hero) shop with Korean bbq and Korean traditional meats.
