The IMPACT of being a Jayhawk goes far beyond the playing field. 📈

Hear from our student-athletes on what community service means to them and the importance of making an impact beyond the game. 🤍

As part of Big 12 Mental Health Week, we welcomed back Kansas basketball great and 2008 National Champion Darnell Jackson. Jackson shared his personal journey and spoke with student-athletes about the importance of mental health, seeking support and the power of asking for help.

Jackson also shared his books, Behind the Smile I & II, with attendees, offering a deeper look into his personal experiences and story.

Grace and Boede had the opportunity to speak at our recent Kansas Athletics All Staff Meeting and share their experiences as student athlete leaders on and off the playing field.

✨Grace is an Emerging Leaders Retreat alum and participated in the KU Leads Leadership Experience Trip to Washington, D.C.

✨Boede is an Emerging Leaders Retreat alum, Baseball SAAC representative and member of the SAAC Executive Board.

Proud of the way these two represent what it means to be a Jayhawk!
