🛖 Welcome to Kubo Wellness.

This is our story, our why, and the mission that gets us up every single morning.

We created Kubo because we believe that your health is the foundation of everything, your energy, your relationships, your joy, your ability to show up fully in life.

And yet, for so many of us, it's the last thing we prioritise.

That ends here.

A kubo is a home. And just like a home, your body and your wellbeing deserve to be nurtured, protected, and cared for, not just when something goes wrong, but every single day.

We're here to walk alongside you on that journey. Whether you're just starting out or simply need a reset, there's a place for you at Kubo.

So before you scroll, pause for a second.

Picture your future self. The version of you that feels good, lives well, and shows up for the people and the things that matter most.

Drop that vision in the comments. We'd genuinely love to read it. 👇

Because that comment? It's a contract between you and your future self.

📌 Check out our Discovery Bundle to take your first step, or send us a message

We'd love to help you begin.

The story behind our name 🛖

A bahay kubo is a traditional Filipino stilt house made from local materials like bamboo, wood and thatched nipa or palm leaves. Raised above the ground on posts for ventilation and protection from floods and animals, it usually has a single, open multi‑purpose room with wide windows that keep it cool in the tropical climate. Often seen in rural areas, it has become an icon of Philippine culture, symbolising simplicity, resourcefulness and living in harmony with nature. taken in Derby, United Kingdom by @kubowellness

PEMF therapy, explained simply.

What a pulsed electromagnetic field is, and what it does at cell level. Any questions, ask in the comments and we'll answer them.

Always a good day when a regular is happy to be in a photo with us.

She comes in for PEMF, twenty minutes, sometimes forty, squeezed around a properly busy week. Her words from a review this week: she always feels energised the day after.

We weren't designed for city living.

Concrete, artificial light, wireless signals all around us. Our ancestors walked barefoot on earth, slept under stars, and stayed in rhythm with the planet.

That's not our reality anymore.

But here's what science tells us: your body is bioelectric. Every cell communicates through electrical signals. When we spend time in nature, our bodies sync with the Earth's natural magnetic field, the Schumann resonance.

That's why you feel different after time outdoors. Calmer. Lighter. More like yourself.

Think of it like a gentle daily top-up. Low intensity, slow and steady.

There's another option. One that fits into your week, supports your cells, and leaves you feeling restored.

PEMF works on the same principle, but at a higher intensity. It delivers what nature offers, concentrated into a session.

For people dealing with chronic pain, inflammation, or injury, that extra intensity can make the difference.

Come see what we mean.

Continuous light or pulsing light... what's the difference? 🤔

💡 Continuous light stays on the whole time, delivering a constant stream of light energy.

⚡ Pulsed light rapidly switches on and off. Depending on the frequency used, it may influence the body differently and is often used for specific goals such as pain modulation, recovery, or neurological support.

At Kubo, we use both. The right setting depends on what you're trying to achieve.

That's why at Kubo we don't just turn the machine on and hope for the best.

We tailor the settings to your goals, whether that's supporting recovery, sleep, or helping you feel your best.
