กุหลาบตัดสินใจเลือกเรียน คลาสนี้
เพราะเป็นจุดที่ติดค้างในการรักษาคนไข้มานาน
แม้เราจะเรียนเรื่องน้ำเหลืองบำบัดมาเยอะใน 8 ปีที่ผ่านมาแล้วก็ตาม
(รู้ว่าตัวเองไม่รู้อะไร สำคัญมากในการพัฒนาตนเอง)

โรงเรียนนี้สอนกันแบบจริงจังมาก
โดยครูที่คุมสอบปปฎิบัติเป็นคนเดียวกัน
ของในแคนนาดา ออสเตรีย

🌳 ภาคทฤษฎีมีหลายครั้ง

(รวมแล้วก็ 2 รอบใหญ่ และ 3 รอบเล็ก)
ทุกครั้งต้อง 70% ถึงให้ผ่าน
ถ้าไม่ผ่านต้องสอบซ่อมและคุยกับครู
โดยทั้งหมดเราต้องอ่านมาเองก่อน
ครูจะสอนเฉพาะเรื่องที่นักเรียนสนใจ
บางหัวข้อเท่านั้น

🌳 ภาคปฎิบัติ มีสอบอยู่ 3 แบบคือ

1. สอบเทคนิคการใช้มือ

การขยับมือ จังหวะ
นัำหนัก และทิศทาง

2. สอบรักษาคนไข้

คือให้โรคที่เกียวกับน้ำเหลืองมา และให้เราวางแผนการรักษาภายใน 5 นาที
หลังจากนั้นครูให้เวลาเรา 1 ชั่วโมงเต็ม
ในการรักษาตามแผนตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ

และระหว่างรักษา
ครูจะเข้ามา disscus กับเรา
คุยถึงเหตุและผล การรักษา
ใช้เวลาคุยกับครูประมาณ 20-30 นาที ต่อคน

3. สอบพันเทปสำหรับลดบวม (bandaging)
(ภูษาบำบัดแบบที่คนไทยเรียกกัน)

และสำหรับกุหลาบ
ก็คือสอบผ่านทั้งหมดด้วยดี 🤩💪🏻

Being with someone who makes you feel stronger does not necessarily mean they are giving you strength. Sometimes, it means your nervous system is finally able to relax in their presence.

When someone is consistent, when their actions align with their words, and when they have self-control and a grounded presence, you no longer need to spend so much energy protecting yourself. You don't have to constantly analyze their behavior, defend yourself or try to predict what might happen next.

When your nervous system feels safe, all that energy becomes available again. You can invest it in your goals, your work, your personal growth, and the life you are building for yourself.

This is why we should be mindful of the people we allow into our inner world. The people closest to us can influence our emotional state, our sense of stability, and how much energy we have for our own lives.

The right person does not become your source of strength. They create an environment where you no longer have to waste your strength on survival, and you are free to use it to become more of who you already are.

The best, the oldest and the original Newyork cheesecake in #newyork .
Over 130 years of baking this wonderful cheesecake with amusement and passion.
Thanks mr. Robert (the owner of the shop @venierospastry ) and Mr. Colm who brought me the real taste of Newyork cheesecake which i dreamt of since i was young! 🙏🏻🥳🗽
And besides different types of cheesecake they offer many more options for everyone who love cakes!

+ for me im not a fan of sweet but if i would get it, it has to be this wonderful like this cheesecake! Worth to have at least once in a lifetime. Highly recommend 🇺🇸

The endless ocean reminds me how small I really am. 🌊 and strangely, the smaller I feel, the bigger I’m willing to act.
Because when you feel small you don't care how other people may think about you :) so you feel more free in emotion, mental, physical and action.
And i truly am just one small human with the chance the same as everyone to experience every single piece of life i want and need also live fully with happiness, wealth, peace and love or whatever the universe gives me.

Do whatever you want, set yourself your happiness as the first priority. No perfection here just show up and keep going on your goals.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Chinese abdominal massage are incredibly helpful for getting rid of excess water, poor blood circulation and internal organs tension.
After i got these 2 treatments regularly i can see my whole body is shrinking in term of looking healthier, less puffy and better metabolism. If anyone here interested in getting the treatments
