So so grateful to have been able to co-facilitate What Zora Taught Us with the amazing @nia.mitch.39 at the @bmhconference !

I'm always astounded that I get to do this deep ancestral work as we are building the world we want to live in.

I'm so so excited to be co-facilitating a training with @nia.mitch.39 all about the life, work, and legacy of Zora Neale Hurston at the Black Maternal Health Conference and Training Institute in TWO DAYS!

We'll be doing a deep dive into Black feminist research methodologies and ethics, and it ain't a Black feminist function if we don't center caring for ourselves as we learn.

We also have a dope panel lined up with some amazing Black feminist scholar practitioners: Ayanna Robinson, PhD, MPH, Zoë Julian, MD, MPH, FACOG (they/them), and Nikia Grayson, DNP, MPH, MSN, MA, CNM, FNP-C, FACNM!
