For the past three months, I’ve been part of the Oyo Policy and Advocacy Lab as a Fellow, and yesterday, I graduated.

This journey changed me in ways I didn’t expect. I learned about policy and advocacy, but more than that, I learned to trust my voice and believe that I belong in rooms where decisions are made.

The graduation was beautiful , thoughtful panel conversations, and im grateful for how far I’ve come

If there’s one thing I’m taking with me, it’s this gentle reminder:
I am a woman.
I am capable.
I am worthy.
And I can do more.
Still grateful. Still becoming.

Thanks to @theblackgirlsdream for the opportunity. It is a beautiful journey, from the classes, to the project, to the visit to the house of assembly, to seeing an actual sitting, to the simulation and finally to the graduation.

To my amazing people in the economic Empowerment group, @adejumobiagunloye @iwalogesther
@oyindamolaosi @aruqayahh @oshoze_ Thank you so much for everything.
