THIS DAY!
The energy, the love, the joy, the passion, the tears, the growth, the freedom, the power, the friendship!!! It still hasn’t left me.

Thank you to everyone who took a chance on themselves that day. For showing up and for allowing what I provide to be truly felt.
My only goal is allow people to truly feel their power. To let go of the things that hold them back and to be FREE!!

This day will roll around again but for now DanceBox has 5 classes left of 2023 - the same incredible amount of energy just in a more intimate environment.

For dates, info and tickets, hit the link in my bio

A private movement experience designed to reconnect her with the full spectrum of her feminine energy, sensuality, softness, rage, beauty, power, confidence and freedom.

The full feminine was never meant to be just soft. That’s what we’re taught and that’s why most of us are walking around suppressing so much.

It’s your birth rite to embody ALL OF IT.

She is all of it.

And so am I.

YOU ASKED FOR IT 💋

KURE. EAST LA!
Monday 28th September
7pm-8:30pm
@groundfloorclub

For those that don’t know;
KURE is not a dance class designed for perfection or performance.
Kure is designed for EVERYONE no matter their ability.
It’s movement, release, expression and remembering who the fk you are.

If you’re down to move and be free, the link to it’s East LA debut is in my bio 😉

I would rather be my sensual, spicy, weird, unhinged, badass, booty shaking, fully expressed, audaciously delusional self
than society’s version of
“professional and polished”

Yes, I stop for sunsets.
Play the same song on repeat.
I love with my whole heart. I show up for people. I dance while getting ready. I take too many photos. I think nostalgia is a love language. I still make wishes on fallen eyelashes.
And believe ordinary moments should be celebrated ✨🤍 taken in Universal Studios Hollywood by @kure_method

You gotta be more afraid of wasting your precious life than being embarrassed.

Imagine saying at the end of your days “I didn’t do anything I wanted to do because I was too worried about what other people would think”
DON’T DO THAT. DON’T WASTE THIS GIFT!!
