Next up in our spotlight series is The Kuumba Singers of Harvard College, or Kuumba! Kuumba is a non-audition choir dedicated to celebrating Black spirituality, creativity, and beauty through song, dance, and spoken word. Through their country-wide tour, winter and spring concerts, and their iconic event, Sing it, Sister!, they spread joy on our campus and beyond. If you’re looking for a space to easily become involved in a beautiful community in song, join Kuumba for their first, open rehearsal on September 8th! Follow their instagram to stay up to date with more details. by @kuumbasingers
