Special thanks to Hurricane Helene for the change of venue, no air conditioning, and no lights, it really made the day a sweaty adventure for everybody! by @kwalenceus

It wasn’t the wedding we expected, and it certainly wasn’t the wedding I’ve dreamed about, but I think it was the wedding we needed.

Married in a hurricane, and humbled by the fact that we aren’t in control. It’s not our job to micromanage every detail, we just need to trust in God’s judgement and embrace every challenge he gives us. Maybe a good lesson to remember as we enter this new chapter, you think?

“The Bride”
Artist: @reles_littleton
Background: The artist was on a soul-searching journey in the New York countryside, when he spotted a mysterious creature, only heard about in legends. He befriended her by offering a ring, and for that she spared his life. The artist managed to capture several photos before she disappeared into the forest, searching for her next victim. by @kwalenceus
