Happy international Stage management Day. From the first @masqueradenyc team who help build and create this beast to the current team who keeps is safely running. All of our SMs and PAs run this ship with so much heart and care. Thank you. by @kwestnyc

Happy one year anniversary of our gala opening of Masquerade. I am not quite sure how I am still hanging on to this bucking bronco of a show but I am grateful. To every artist be they performer, designer or technician who has touched this production, congratulations. My special love and gratitude to the SM Team who continues to evolve with the show. Their dedication and love is a continued blessing. by @kwestnyc

I took a social media break this summer. Heck, I took a SOCIAL break this summer! Amy and I went to the movies, got stuff done around the house, and got paperwork done for Mom. A few days ago, my sister in her fam blew into town for 24 hours. Mom always loves having both of her kids in one place - a rare occurrence these days. taken in Olive Garden by @kwestnyc

@masqueradenyc has literally been my life since February 2025 in a way no other theatrical endeavor I have ever done has. With it has come some of the most personal and professional highs and lows possible. There are a few highlights from the limited amount of pictures I have because there’s no time to take them. And also a slide of fun facts put together by our resident Director, @hunter_bird . My most profound gratitude to all of the Stage Managers and PAs that have walked into the building and picked it up with such care and skill. Alongside our incomparable Crew and Butler team. Four more ‘Lastquerades’ as more of our original company rotate away. Lazer, Betsy, Paul and Hugh. Such a masterclass in each soul in their contribution to the whole. Again I say to each of them. They are in the fabric of the creation of this place. So much love. taken in Masquerade New York by @kwestnyc

Three of our Original Company at Masquerade rotated away yesterday to other projects. Some are for now, some are for good. every time this happens, the energy of the company does change, but the only constant in life is change and the only thing that we can influence is how we embrace it. I am so happy for what is next for these three talented souls and excited to continue to welcome new artists into the opera popular to join our crazy and help us continue to create this monumental artistic experience. Happy trails. @jk_ready @annazavelson and @themareejohnson by @kwestnyc
