This is why we do what we do.

@hilolunchclub we feed our neighbors, we take only what we need. We believe in the importance of taking care of the land and living with the rhythms of nature.

We view natural resources as grand acts of nature to be experienced, not exploited.

Clean food. Clean water. Clean air.

And play more than you work!!! 🌊🏄🏼 🫎🌭🌯

Everyone has the ability to move like a world class athlete.

👉🏼 Elite Movement is not genetic

👉🏼 Athletes move well because of Stability, Coordination, Balance, and Mobility

👉🏼 Strength, fitness, exercise ➡️ Feedback Loop

Much like a martial art, emphasis should be focused on continual learning, movement, and technique. Learning is a process. Fundamentals are the Goal.
