A year ago I invited a handful of men to smoke a cigar with me and see if something would stick.

Thirteen gatherings later, we’re taking over the top of the Bank of America building.

September 30 — our one-year anniversary at The Tampa Club. First time we’re opening the room to our significant others, and Cigar TV is back to film it for an episode airing early next year.

I built this club on the idea that money alone doesn’t get you in the room. Character does. A year in, I’m more convinced than ever.

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. ❤️✝️

Future Financial had the honor of sponsoring a feeding ministry in the Philippines with Bethany Baptist Church. We gave gifts and fed OVER 300 children in a depressed area in Metro Manila.

Watching these beautiful children pray, smile, and accept Jesus—despite the challenges they face—was deeply moving. It was a powerful reminder that real impact goes beyond business.

We’re not just building a company.
We’re building a legacy of service, faith, and hope.

Grateful to be surrounded by a team that shares the same values of faith, service, and impact. God blessed us with the opportunity to serve alongside the Hope Center ministry in Puerto Plata—loving on the kids, sharing meals, and even painting their centers. The joy and laughter we experienced were a reminder that this work is so much bigger than us. Legacy is built when we put God first and serve others through His calling.

to be honest, one of my biggest pet peeves is being slow. I hate it when people are slow to make decisions. I hate it when people walk slow. I hate it when people check out of the self check out cashier slow. I think being slow is a sign of inefficiency slow down when you’re done not when you’re young. by @kyledsantos

About 5 years ago I realized that knowing the product is only half of it, the other half is being so practiced that the right words come out naturally under pressure. That's why I do 1 on 1 roleplay with my agents, running through the real objections and the real fears clients bring to the table. The guy who stumbles over his words when someone says "I'm losing my coverage" costs that person real protection. The guy who's done the reps doesn't. Who on your team is putting in the work like this right now? by @kyledsantos

The people you build with at one level are not always the people you build with at the next one, and that has nothing to do with loyalty. It's just alignment, and alignment changes as you do. Real wealth gets built in rooms like this, through conversations worth slowing down for, with people who actually challenge you to grow. I used to spend money on stupid stuff for years, chasing the wrong things, and moments like these remind me what I was actually worth more than. The connection is the point, and everything else follows naturally from that. by @kyledsantos
