This kid has to touch and ask to buy everything she sees. But she will slow all the way down and draw for hours. This was first time in a long time I’ve had to drag her from a store. taken in The Bookmatters by @kylefire

This week has been a whirlwind of emotions and I have been delaying this post. Unfortunately last week we found out Odin had cancer and would only be with us a few more months. While we awaited treatment and medicine options, he got weak and had a stroke. When we got to the hospital we found a large bleed that was inoperable. Odin passed in our arms on Tuesday surrounded by so much love. He was the best boy and my very best friend. The absolute greatest companion in the world. He loved our girls so much and they sure did love him back. We are heartbroken and lost without him. 7 years wasn’t enough. But I don’t think 70 would have been either. Thanks for everything baby boy! by @kylefire

We are so excited to let everyone know that Jillian has chosen to attend Miami University in the fall for Primary Education. Miami wasn’t on her radar at all early on and we had to practically force her into the car for a visit. But… walking that beautiful red brick campus on a fall day is impossible to beat. I think she knew she was going to call Oxford home that day. Congratulations @jjillianbecker we are so excited for you! Love and Honor! taken in Miami University by @kylefire

Spent a few days in Myrtle beach checking out Coastal Carolina then went a little more south and spent almost 2 weeks on Hilton head. Lots of exploring and restaurants with tons of time on the beach. We got to check out College of Charleston, University of South Carolina, and Ohio University on the way home. by @kylefire

Hands down my favorite restaurant anywhere. I can’t wait to get back in a few weeks because a few times a year isn’t enough! If you find yourself in South Beach make sure you stop by @laleggendapizzeria by @kylefire
