There was no way I was choosing between running the Standalone 10K and trying to get Glastonbury tickets this morning, so I had to try my luck while running 😂

Didn't get the tickets unfortunately. But I did get some great photos of me trying 📱🏃🏿‍♂️

Ben absolutely smashed it too, with a 10K and 5K PB today 🔥🔥 taken in Standalone Farm by @kylerichards.ig

Running has given me more than I ever expected.

I started sharing this journey because I wanted to show what's possible when you keep showing up, keep pushing yourself and don't let the difficult moments define what comes next.

If it encourages even one person to get out there and see what's possible for them, then it's worth sharing.

That's my why. ❤️

Daddy Daughter Run Club: Episode 3 👶🏃‍♂️

These runs won't last forever, so I'm making the most of them while they do.

A pretty special way to spend Father's Day.

Apparently there's still more to add 😂

Running's unofficial rules, part 3.

Daddy Daughter Run Club is back 🏃🏿‍♂️👶🏿

5K chasing the rest of the group as we had to change our pushchair due to a puncture. 😂

So today we took the Bugaboo Fox for a spin. It’s not designed as a running pushchair, but it handles these runs surprisingly well.

We didn’t catch them, but we did manage to grab a treat from @vutiebeets ☕️ taken in Letchworth Garden City, Herts by @kylerichards.ig

19 years ago, I walked into that hospital as a 15 year old and heard two words that changed everything. It’s cancer.

I don't think I'll ever run past that building without thinking about the person I was back then.

Every run, every race, every challenge, every opportunity to find out what my body is capable of, and stick both middle fingers up to cancer 🖕🏿 taken in UCLH - University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust by @kylerichards.ig

True story. I walked past someone I run with while he was out running. He said two words to me.

They weren't, Hi mate.

Instead he said Zone 2 whilst pointing at his watch 😂 taken in United Kingdom by @kylerichards.ig

Had a gap between meetings and ran out of AI credits.

Obviously the only sensible thing to do was squeeze in a 10 miler with Ben 😂

ASICS LDNX 10K 2026 🔥

Second year running this event. I grew up seeing Wembley almost every day and have driven down Fryent Way more times than I could ever count, but there’s something special about running it.

No idea why I look like I’m searching for phone signal in the first photo 😂 taken in Wembley, Brent, United Kingdom by @kylerichards.ig

Been using the Garmin Forerunner 245 for the last few years, but recently I’ve become way more interested in the data behind my runs.

So after putting it off, I finally bought a heart rate monitor 😂

Interested to see what I can learn about how my body responds to different types of training 💪🏿🙌🏿 taken in United Kingdom by @kylerichards.ig

Yesterday I asked the internet to help me find Julio after our sprint finish at LDNX.

Turns out Julio found me 😂

And of course he came with the receipts. taken in Wembley Stadium by @kylerichards.ig

Julio challenged me with 100m to go.

Challenge accepted 😂

The only time it’s acceptable to finish fast 🤷🏿‍♂️ taken in Wembley Stadium by @kylerichards.ig
