For those of you who are new here (there are so many of you and I’m so glad you’re here!), I thought it would be fun to introduce myself and let you in on who I am and what makes me tick. But instead of just listing out my interests and hobbies, I want to give you the chance to get to know me better by asking me questions. So go ahead, fire away any questions you may have, and I’ll do my best to answer them and give you a glimpse into my corner of the world! Drop your questions below 👇🏼!

I love this photo @madelineharperphoto took in my most recently completed project - she really captures the joy of a job well done 🤎 taken in Austin, Texas by @l.louisedesign

The peekaboo moment before you’re all the way in the space. Sometimes the best composition isn’t showing everything, it’s making someone want to walk closer!

Another show in the books! Round Top was full of inspiration, friendly vendors, beautiful art and furniture with a little fun mixed in too! Purchases were made, miles were walked, items were schlepped! When you’re in it for the thrill of the hunt and the joy of seeing beautiful antiques, the growth and the constant change (and the higher prices!) feel secondary. I love Round Top season!

To this day this is one of the hardest working, multi-use spaces I’ve ever designed. Mudroom, dog room, wine room, AND laundry (all wrapped up in a very pretty package I might add). Raise your hand if you could use a space like this in your home (then hire us 😉)! @foxdencraftsman

Come with me on this modern Austin house tour! We designed in just the right balance of tailored and comfortable. This space can entertain a bunch of people and still feels comfy cozy when it’s just the homeowners and their two pups.

Now let me tell you about this before and after. This was a kitchen in guest quarters - the brief: keep it simple, keep the layout the same, reuse as much as possible, but make it fresh and useable. I think we nailed it!

Nothing more to say than: It’s my birthday month, I LOVE the tile running up inside the cabinet, and I’m committing to posting more days than not in September! 16/30 days or more. Will yall keep me accountable? I have so many beautiful things to share (and I’ve been notoriously bad about sharing!)

This close up is from our Austin Great Hills remodel.

It’s raining today and I love this project. Sometimes I just want to post. I have SO MANY gorgeous spaces you havnt seen, or havnt seen much of and I just want to post those pictures, because creating beautiful spaces is what I am really good at!

Hope you all had a fun, inspiring, and rest-filled weekend and cheers to a new week and a new MONTH!

This simple, but impactful guest bedroom is from our recently shot Zilker project - I know I would get a good nights rest here!

This weekend’s east coast getaway was not just about visiting family but also diving into further documentation of this historic home and property. From verifying electrical placement, surveying plant life, and placing major landmarks on the site plan it was a productive time! Excited to play a part in stewarding her into the future! taken in Bucks County by @l.louisedesign
