Wednesday night, 85 degrees, so much sweat 😅, but needed this grounding. 🧘🏾‍♀️

Thankful to be able to show up in yoga communities around the city & be amongst like-minded individuals. Grateful to get out of my head & on the mat. Namaste 🙏🏾 .

I know what I need . . .
Morning Bed Yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️🌞 before my flight!
Hips are TIGHT from being stiff on the plane, all the walking I did, & sitting in meetings for hours straight, whew.

Hot Stepper fasho ! 🥵
Had 2 workouts today; 45-min Yoga (I was a little late) & 55-min of mat Pilates . Yesterday I clocked 14k steps & 6.8 miles total . Back to back great workouts ! I love being active & getting back into my routine because I’ve been working like crazy.

always fun to lead a meditation & yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ session with friends.

I love creating a space where people feel calm, at peace, relaxed & loved. 💜

S/O to my girl @kri_blue for providing the sound bath for our mental cleansing before working everybody out 😌.

Last month did a session for my Fellows & Staff from the Nonprofit I work for at our event in Phoenix .

I was overwhelmed in the most beautiful way, not having expectations of people showing up so early to ground with me…however, I end up running out of space ☺️.

Grateful to lead & happy to make people feel relaxed, rejuvenated & at peace 🫶🏾
