Last night Americana Folk singer songwriter Genevieve @la.vieve made her debut at the @songwriterssoapbox in Bakersfield at the Historic @Ethels_old_Corral .

Bakersfield's @shonticemariemusic invited Genevieve to perform a half hour of her original music in an effort to bridge the gap between the Los Angeles and Bakersfield music scenes. Genevieve was joined by Bakersfield's most sought after and respected guitarist Kyle Appleton @krappleton on Lapsteel .
