Singer - Songwriter - Business Owner - Best of Nashville 2026! I was honestly shook to see LaBrie Spaces name in as “Best Home Staging.” Anyone who starts a business knows that it’s really hard & you feel kind of insane most of the time trying to encapsulate an idea. You try things that don’t work, you try some that do & you just keep working through the mud of it all trying slogans & logos, taking pictures and unloading pretty furniture and art. I love to make things look beautiful, to champion local businesses and the amazing world of creatives that make Nashville so amazing. It is truly such a big honor to be listed among so many friends and folk I look up to & admire. This truly means so much. Thank you @nashvillescene and congrats to all the winners!

Huge shout out to @sessionhaireast @skylargregg the first local business to let us into their doors with our concept! Ladies 😍 you got the #1 salon in Nashville with the #1 hair stylist miss @jesscutsnash

I want to thank my husband for supporting this woman owned business ❤️ Tosha Ward for jumping on this crazy ride with me this year & these amazing realtors who have continued to champion LaBrie Spaces & these amazing sources & artists who have entrusted me to feat their pieces in our stages.

Thank you 🫶

Hi! If you’ve met me in person, you’ve probably seen me in my overalls & messy hair moving furniture around and hanging art. Allow me to officially introduce myself. I’m Shannon LaBrie owner of LaBrie Spaces. A local entrepreneur, dreamer, singer-songwriter, wife to Brandon Otto and lover of all things creative. We officially started growing our business out of our little apartment in East Nashville 6 years ago and now operate our business out of our warehouse in Ashland City. Hi! 👋

What LaBrie Spaces Loves:
• Furniture from the past
• Art from the present
• Collaboration now and forever

What LaBrie Spaces Does:
We Stage — You Shop!
We’re a 3-in-1: Vintage retailer, Home Stager, Art gallery

How it Works:
1. We stage spaces using all vintage pieces
2. We feature local visual artists in every stage
3. Everything is available to shop…even the house

Our Values:
*At our stages, if it’s not vintage, it’s made by a human creative living among us.

*We believe things from the past are beautiful, resourceful & full of stories worth restoring & preserving.

*We believe real human expression is more important than ever.

*We believe rising tides lift all ships. Collaboration is the future. When we stage, it’s our goal that everyone wins, local companies, realtors, artists, vintage collaborators, local business owners, galleries, builders, musicians….you get the point 😉

Want to know more? PM us today to inquire, get a quote or shop our spaces or go to labriespaces.com
