Little announcement for those who didn’t see my story. I passed my Family Nurse Practitioner board exam in October and I am now officially Lacey Lee Wilson MSN, APRN, FNP-C. I’m so excited to close the chapter on the most challenging but also rewarding time of my life. With that being said I decided to change my Instagram name to reflect the degree I worked so hard for. Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive of me and my crazy schedule during this time. To every patient/friend that came in, checked on me, and reassured me that it would all be worth it I just have to say I am eternally grateful for your support and encouragement. I truly feel I have some of the best patients who have become friends. I love getting to celebrate my patients during happy times and be there during every pivotal moment. I am so thankful I felt the same love from my support system and patients in return. I’m really looking forward to getting to do more of what I love. So many exciting opportunities ahead 🎓👩🏼‍⚕️

In all seriousness I am in love with my 30s I feel good, know what I want, and care less about what other people think. My 20s felt like a warm up. You get to make mistakes, learn your lessons, figure out who you are, and who you want to be. If you are scared to turn 30 I promise these years are so much better! This is the year I will graduate with my masters and become a family nurse practitioner. A new chapter and so many exciting things ahead. It feels like life is just beginning for me 🎂🎉

Who is going to the AIA Advanced Cadaver Course this weekend?!

The last time I got to train with @dr.chrissurek was in 2021 in Scottsdale when he was here speaking about the launch of Restylane Contour and I was fortunate enough to be picked to do a small group training with him. Since then it has become a huge staple in my practice. I’m excited to see what new things I’ll learn this weekend as we assess anatomy on cadavers and improve our understanding of what lies beneath the skin. Can’t wait to see my injector friends and learn together 👯‍♀️🧠
