When we shot these images, I had just waved goodbye to things that were weighing me down. Sometimes, when you've been carrying something for so long, you find yourself torn between sadness and relief. I wanted warm sunset tones to remind myself that walking away from my woes was the best thing for me. And I was absolutely right.

The rumours are true, I have returned from my long holiday/short travels and Japan is once again my personality that everyone is forced to hear about until I find a new hyperfixation!
I tried to post these pictures while I was gone but my eSim blocked some social media features 🥲 my final two shots from the @novaheightsmcr photoshoot day with @kephoto 💖

Today's theme was "soup in a sieve" because I could not get my shit together for the Sunday crew and kept forgetting my own Choreo 🤣 had an absolute blast as always, I love sharing my music taste with you all and I had such a silly fun time 💖

Leg waves have been a topic of conversation lately. How exactly do you get those legs to move more fluidly? Let's start with muscle engagement and add bits on as we go!
Let me know if you tried it 🥰

If you really like a photo that you absolutely must share, but you aren't sure if your classmates are happy to have their face in the background, here are some ways you can post your content without impacting others!

Disclaimer: John Cena does NOT work... You can't see him.

I never really share much of my personal life on here but I thought it would be nice to share snippets of what I get up to when I'm not swinging upside down! 💖 by @laceylockit

I made a post about this last year after most studios I know we're hit with one of the quietest summers of all time, so I thought I'd just put a little something together to remind you all how summers go for us instructors.
I'm a tad run down this week so I hope I don't come across as too negative 🤧 I am so bloody grateful for my students, I have never had a job that I didn't want to get up for in the morning until I entered the pole and aerial industry, I couldn't imagine my life without this being my job now 💖
Are you an instructor or studio preparing for the summer slog? How are you preparing for it this year? taken in Nova Heights by @laceylockit
