What an amazing day it has been at @didsburypride!!!
Actually at a loss for words with how wonderful it has been! We are so proud to be a part of the south Manchester community.
And if you enjoyed spending time with us today and fancy joining us for a class, we really hope we have created a welcoming LGBTQ+ space for you to feel safe whilst having fun in our studio.
If you have followed this page after meeting us, we will send over your super secret discount code in the morning.

🎃 BACK WITH A VENGEANCE 👻
October marks the much requested return of our Freaky Fridays! And this time it's bigger than ever, with FIVE weeks of spooky fun to be had!

HOW TO BOOK

1. Save this post so that you know which class is happening on which day.
2. Purchase a class credit OR a Freaky Friday pass.
3. Set the activation date to 1st October.
4. Book via the timetable.

Our app/website will just say "Freaky Friday" on the timetable. You must refer to this list to ensure you book the correct class at the correct time.

Due to the additional classes on the timetable, we have TWO Freaky Friday passes available for purchase.
But be quick - only a limited number will be available to control numbers and prevent overbooking.

This is our biggest month of festivities, so get booking asap to avoid missing out!!! taken in Nova Heights by @novaheightsmcr

Join us on Mondays at 8 pm for mixed level pole Choreo!
Suitable for higher beginner dancers and above, learn faster paced choreography with elements of "hard style" movement.

We now have lunchtime classes on Mondays as well as Wednesdays!
Drop the kids off at school, get your morning tasks done, and join us for an hour of pole fit fun!

It's incredibly overdue but we finally have a changing room!

So, here's how things will work from now on:

- When you arrive, head straight upstairs and get ready.
- We will call you down when class is about to start.
- Head up for your belongings once class is done.

If you wish to borrow heels for class, you will find them above the kallax unit.
Please put them back as you found them when done.

PLEASE NOTE:
There is still a slight transition period going on as we are also moving props and accessories upstairs for @kephoto clients - we kindly remind you that these are not toys and should not be touched. taken in Nova Heights by @novaheightsmcr
