My first race. Half Marathon.

Omg, if you had told me a year ago that I would voluntarily run a half marathon, I never would’ve believed you. It’s honestly incredible where life takes us.

My goal was to run under 2 hours and I did! 1:55:54. I beat my personal record by 11 min and 6 seconds. I couldn’t be prouder of myself.

This year has been heavy (if you know, you know) and I’ve really tried to make lemonade when life handed me lemons. And this one? This one was extra sweet.

Also, a huge thanks to @jevisjourney @contendher9 for sponsoring my ticket, I truly appreciate your support.

Until next time @oslomaraton #running #runner #halfmarathon #halfmarathonrunner #oslohalfmarathon #raceday taken in Oslo Maraton by @lackyjasmin

Dear running,
You’ve become more than just a workout. When life’s feels overwhelming you bring me back to myself. You quite my mind, calm my spirit and remind me of my strength. You challenge me, push me and show me what I’m capable of, even when I doubt it. You’ve thought me to keep going, to trust the process and to do things I never thought I could. Thank you🙏🏽 #run #runningjourney #løpeglede #løping #trusttheprocess taken in Oslo, Norway by @lackyjasmin
