We’re already putting together some wonderful programmes for next year, and we are absolutely delighted and honoured to welcome back Sophia Lindop @sophialindopcooks for yet another unforgettable Lebanese Cooking Tour at La Creuzette.

This has truly become one of our annual favourites, and we simply love having Sophia and Paddy with us at the château. From wonderful cooking, beautiful food and convivial moments around the table, it’s always a very special week.

And next year, there’s even more opportunity to join us, we will be offering two dates in June! So, if a week of Lebanese cooking, French countryside, delicious food and wonderful company sounds like your kind of holiday, don’t miss out on our two lovely June dates.
More information via the link in our bio.

Our French White welcome dinner, hosted and meticulously curated by multi-talented host, DeVerra at @lacreuzette. We also celebrated Kate’s birthday with a well-travelled carrot cake from South Africa, which despite being frozen, defrosted, refrozen and a second defrost, came out sterling on the other side. A bullet proof recipe, it seems. What a joy!

Finally we can share our exciting news🤩

Some moments are simply unforgettable.
This past Sunday, we had the incredible honour of preparing the Presidential Lunch for the President of South Africa during the 110th Commemoration of the Battle of Delville Wood in France. To have been specifically requested by the South African Embassy for this occasion is a privilege I will always treasure.

Delville Wood is one of the most significant sites in South African history, where, in July 1916, the 1st South African Infantry Brigade fought with extraordinary courage and sacrifice during the First World War. The commemoration serves as a powerful reminder of those who gave everything in service to their country.
To contribute to such a meaningful day through our craft was truly humbling.

My sincere thanks to the South African Embassy for their trust.

Thank you to my right hand through this experience @chef_anjabuchner for the beautiful dessert and all the preparations and also to the rest of my team for taking on this challenge with me.

A wonderful week spent with our Bastille group.

A heartfelt thank you to my co-host, @erns.grundling , for contributing to make it such a memorable experience, and to the incredibly talented @winand_grundling for filling our evenings with beautiful piano music. It added such a special touch to an unforgettable week.

Grateful for the laughter, the conversations, and the memories shared with this special group.
