Little peak into my process for image transfer!

-Draw image with underglaze onto newsprint paper
-Cut out with xacto
-Layer slip to activate underglaze layer
-Lay on piece and squeegee, painting a background color after
-Peel away and finish as desired ✨

Now you'll have little critters hanging out on your pots.

Adventures in cone 3!

One of the things I've looked forward to as part of my residency (I still need to make an official post about that whoops) is the ability to experiment post MFA. When I arrived at Art Center West I found out they were moving to come 3 glazes. Here's some tests with glaze, underglaze and terra sig! ❤️
